Rule 11-202 - DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply in this Chapter:

(a)CINA Petition "CINA petition" means a petition filed with the court pursuant to Code, Courts Article, § 3-809.

(b)Emergency Shelter Care "Emergency shelter care" means shelter care when a child has been removed from the home or placement by a local department in accordance with Code, Courts Article, § 3-815.

(c)Petition for Continued Shelter Care "Petition for continued shelter care" means a petition filed pursuant to Rule 11-204(b).
