(a)Generally Except as otherwise provided by law, the clerk shall issue a subpoena for each witness requested by any party, pursuant to Rule 2-510. (b)Hospital Records A subpoena for hospital records may be issued in accordance with Rule 2-510(i).Md. R. Juv. Causes 11-105
