Rule 10-401 - Definitions(a) Statutory Definitions. The definitions stated in Code, Estates and Trusts Article, § 13-901 are applicable to this Chapter.(b) Additional Definition. In this Chapter, "interested person means the minor, the guardian of the minor, a person having parental rights over the minor pursuant to Code, Estates and Trusts Article, §§ 1-205 through 1-208, and includes any other person designated by the court.Md.
