Rule 10-102 - Applicability of Titles 1 and 2(a) Applicability of Title 1. Except as otherwise provided in this Title, the rules in Title 1 apply to this Title.(b) Applicability of Title 2. Any interested person may obtain discovery in a contested matter pursuant to Title 2, Chapter 400 of these Rules, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
