A. All elected judges, except for justices of the peace, shall annually file a financial statement as provided in this rule. Judges shall file financial statements in accordance with Section 2. For purposes of this Rule, the word "individual" or "person" means the judge who is required to file a financial statement. Amended effective 2/27/2014
