Section 1 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Authority, Scope, and Mission(1) These rules are adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the Supreme Court under Section 116 of the Kentucky Constitution.(2) No local rules shall be approved regarding any drug court. No local practices, procedures, orders, or policies may conflict with or controvert these rules of administrative procedure.(3) The mission of specialty courts is to restore lives and reduce recidivism through judicial oversight and behavior modification.Ky.
