Section 3 - Use of the Jury Management Program(1) Each county in the Commonwealth shall utilize the Jury Management Program and centralized mailing to request, select, and summon prospective jurors.(2) The Administrative Office of the Courts shall establish business practices and procedures for the uniform use of the Jury Management Program and centralized mailing.(3) Training on the Jury Management Program will be administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts to the chief circuit judge or his or her designee.Ky.
