Every petition to commence an action pursuant to the Kansas Uniform Trust Code, K.S.A. 58a-101, et seq. shall state, immediately below the clause showing the name of the court, parties and case docket number the following; "Pursuant to Chapter 58a of the Kansas Statutes Annotated." The Kansas Code of Civil Procedure, K.S.A. 60-201 et seq., and the Rules of the District Court of the Tenth Judicial District applicable to Civil and Probate Proceedings shall apply to actions under the Kansas Uniform Trust Code. See K.S.A. 60-201 and 60-265.
Any action brought pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1701, et seq., shall, for administrative purposes, be designated a trust case and shall be assigned and dealt with in the same manner as actions involving trusts in accordance with K.S.A. 59-103.
