Rule 21.21 - Allocation of proceedings (cases)

Screening and evaluation of cases filed with the supreme court clerk shall be undertaken by the supreme court for purposes of routing to the appropriate appellate court. The supreme court shall make all routing decisions. Decisions concerning the necessity and scheduling of oral argument shall be made in the appropriate appellate court.
