If a motion is filed to vacate the judgment of conviction, the motion shall be set for the termination date of the T.A.S.C. Probation. The Clerk of the Court shall, within forty-five (45) days of the termination date, send notice of the hearing on the motion to vacate to the attorney of record and to the Defendant.
