Rule 1-1.07 - Judicial MeetingsA. The Circuit Judges shall, from time to time, upon call of the Chief Judge, hold meetings to discuss and resolve administrative issues of the Court, including approval of the Local Court Rules, issuance of supplemental Orders, special assignments, uniform practices and any other matter relating to the overall functions of the Court.B. The Circuit Judges shall meet at least twice each year to discuss and take such action as may be requested in connection with business of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. Such meetings shall include the Associate Judges of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit and invited non-judicial staff or guests.C. Special meetings may be called at any time by any two Circuit Judges within the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit upon five days' Notice to all Circuit Judges.Ill. R. Cir. Ct. Lake Cnty. 1-1.07
