Rule 33.04 - TRIAL OR HEARING DATES IN DUI AND MISDEMEANOR COURTS

No DT, CM, MT, TR, or OV case assigned to the Misdemeanor Division shall be set for trial or hearing on any day that the arresting officer is scheduled to appear in the Traffic Division.
