Rule 19A.16 - Contents of Stipulation(A) The parties shall provide the court with the following information in connection with any stipulation or uncontested adjudication:(1) Agreed upon facts supporting an adjudication of neglect, dependency or abuse; and(2) Agreed upon facts supporting court involvement regarding parental problems, conduct or condition.(B) Before accepting a stipulation or an admission the court shall determine that the parties understand the content and consequences of the admission or stipulation and that they voluntarily consent. Written copies of the stipulation shall be provided to the parties and their counsel.Ill. R. Cir. Ct. Cook Cnty. 19A.16
