Rule 58.1 - Satisfaction of Judgment(a) Required on Full Payment. Upon full payment of a judgment, the party in whose favor the judgment was rendered must:(1) file a satisfaction of judgment in the court in which the judgment was entered; and(2) record it in every county where the judgment or abstract of the judgment is recorded.(b) Signature Required. A satisfaction of judgment must be signed by the party in whose favor the judgment was entered or the party's attorney.
