The continuing education and professional development of Idaho lawyers are greatly enhanced by the formation and advancement of practice sections in specific areas or aspects of the practice of law. The following Rules are established in order to define the role of practice sections within the Idaho State Bar and to provide for their orderly administration. Mindful of the limitations placed on integrated bars, sections are not intended to advance political or ideological points of view
