Rule 616 - Costs of Fund Administration

In addition to the payment of any Claims authorized by the Board pursuant to these Rules, the Board is authorized to pay from the Fund:

(a) The necessary expenses incurred for investigations and hearings conducted pursuant to these Rules; and

(b) Such costs as are necessary for the administration of the Fund.
