Rule 902 - Employees - Compensation(a)Employees. The Board may employ such additional assistants, including an Executive Director and Bar Counsel, as it deems advisable. Such employees shall perform the duties specifically set out in any of the rules of the Board, by statute, or as may be required by the Board.(b)Compensation. The compensation of the Executive Director and Bar Counsel shall be determined by the Board.
