Rule 2.2 - Grounds for discipline(a) The Hawai'i Rules of Professional Conduct, attached hereto as Exhibit A, shall govern the conduct of all attorneys subject to discipline under this rule.(b) Acts or omissions by an attorney which violate the Hawai'i Rules of Professional Conduct shall constitute misconduct and shall be ground for discipline, whether or not the act or omission occurred in the course of an attorney-client relationship.
