Rule 13 - Petitions and Orders of Amendment

Petitions to amend maps and orders thereon, and petitions to amend applications where a corresponding change on the map is necessary and orders thereon shall be filed electronically or conventionally, if the petitioner is not required or qualified to file electronically.
