Rule 13 - Transmittal to the Appointing Authority

A. The names of the nominees, listed inalphabetical order, shall be hand-delivered to theappointing authority.

B. No other information shall be forwarded to the appointing authority, except that the commissionmay submit to the appointing authority a factual summary of the nominee's background based on material provided by the nominees, and the commission may consult with the appointing authority on request.
