Rule 6.4 - Sealed Documents; Documents Submitted for In Camera Review

Sealed documents shall be served in accordance with Rule 6.1 or 6.2 of these rules. The Notice of Electronic Filing of documents for in camera review shall be provided to JEFS Users and those who have consented to receive electronic service, but the document submitted for in camera review shall not be attached or linked to the Notice. The filing party shall conventionally serve the Notice of Electronic Filing of a document for in camera review to parties who are not JEFS Users or who have not consented to receive electronic service, but a copy of the document shall not be provided with the Notice
