The Clerk shall not accept for filing documents that are or appear to be contaminated with bodily fluids, chemicals, or other hazardous materials; provided that such items submitted as exhibits may be accepted if they are properly sealed, prominently marked as hazardous materials, and the Clerk has a means to safely store and maintain the exhibits.
