Requests to inspect or copy records may be made orally, in writing, or electronically. Requests shall include a reasonable description of the record, including the name of at least one party, the case number (if known), the case type, and the court or ADLRO office in which the case was filed. The Clerk may request additional information to identify or locate the requested record. The Clerk may require that a request be made in writing or on a form that substantially complies with HCRR Form 3 of these rules.
