Rule 2-9.7 - INSURANCE FOR MEMBERS OF BOARD OF GOVERNORS, OFFICERS, GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS, UPL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, CLIENTS' SECURITY FUND COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES

The bar will provide insurance coverage for current and former members of the board of governors, officers of The Florida Bar, members of UPL, clients' security fund, and grievance committees, and employees of The Florida Bar as authorized by the budget committee and included in the budget. The bar will indemnify current and former officers, board of governors, UPL, clients' security fund, and grievance committee members and bar employees as provided in the standing board policies.
