Rule 213 - Action on Claims(a) NOTICE OF ACTION. Notice of action taken by the personal representative, in accordance with D.C. Code § 20-908(a) (2012 Repl.), must be on the form maintained by the Register of Wills or a form that is substantially similar in content and format to that form.(b) SERVICE OF NOTICE OF ACTION.
