Rule B-8 - Claims Against Estate(a) PETITION. Petitions for payment of claims prescribed by D.C. Code § 20-909(a) (1981) must be on the form maintained by the Register of Wills or a form that is substantially similar in content and format to that form.(b) RESPONSE TO PETITION.
