Rule 12 - Appointment, Training and Removal of Mental Retardation Advocates

All selection, appointment, training and removal of advocates, as provided by D.C. Code § 7-1304.13 (2003 Supp.), shall be performed by the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Branch.
