Rule 71 - Enforcing Relief for or Against a Nonparty

When an order grants relief for a nonparty or may be enforced against a nonparty, the procedure for enforcing the order is the same as for a party.

COMMENT TO 2018 AMENDMENTS

This rule was amended to conform to Civil Rule 71. The substance of section (b) was moved to new Rule 65.1 to conform to the numbering in the civil rules.
