ORDERED that a hearing be held on __________________, ____ at ____________ ____.m. at the Courthouse, 11th and King Streets, Wilmington, Delaware, to determine whether or not the relief sought in the attached motion should be granted.
Anyone who wishes to oppose the granting of the relief as requested should be present with attorney at that hearing to present argument and any evidence which may be appropriate and shall at least 5 days before that hearing date file with the Prothonotary of this Court a notice of intention to appear at the hearing and serve a copy of the notice upon the person signing the attached motion.
In case of failure to serve and file the notice referred to above and failure to attend the hearing, the relief sought in the attached pleading may be granted.
A copy of this order shall be served on __________________ at the earliest practical time.
