1. On June 1, 1936, defendant executed and delivered to plaintiff defendant's mortgage, an abstract of which is attached as Exhibit A.

2. Defendant owes plaintiff the principal amount of the mortgage with interest from _____________.

Plaintiff prays that judgment on the mortgage be entered against defendant for ten thousand dollars with interest and counsel fees to be levied out of the premises described in the mortgage.
