Rule 60 - Entry of Appearance by Counsel(a) Methods. An attorney shall appear for the purpose of representing a person charged with respect to a specific information, petition or complaint (1) by filing a written notice of appearance with the Court, or (2) by filing any paper with the Court over the attorney's signature, or (3) by appearing personally at any Court arbitration conference, hearing or trial and advising the arbitration officer, judge or master that that attorney is representing the person charged, or (4) by requesting on behalf of a person charged a continuance of a conference, hearing or trial. (b) Notices to attorney. Once an attorney has appeared, that attorney shall receive copies of all notices to the person charged.(c) Withdrawal of appearance. No appearance shall be withdrawn except upon application by the attorney and order of the Court for good cause. Del. Fam. Ct. R. Crim. P. 60
