Rule 38.2 - Court-appointed Counsel in Appeals(a) Appointment of counsel. Counsel appointed in the Family Court to represent indigent persons charged in criminal proceedings shall also represent such persons on appeal from the Family Court unless relieved of the obligation by the appellate court.
