Rule 160 - Requiring Orporate Officer or Agent to Make Disclosure

Upon the application of the receiver or any creditor or stockholder of the corporation, the Court may require any officer, employee or agent of the corporation to appear before the receiver, or before a Master appointed by the Court, at a designated time and place, and answer such questions respecting the assets, liabilities, dealings and transactions of the company as are or seem likely to be important in the discovery, recovery and collection of the assets of the company and the administration of the receivership. Whenever necessary, a Master will be appointed to conduct the examination and make report of any matter deemed by the Master important in the administration of the receivership.
