Rule 4 - En Banc Sessions4.1 A majority of all Judges of the Denver County Court shall constitute a quorum for the convening of and transaction of business at an En Banc session.4.2 Except as provided in Rule 5, all matters requiring a vote shall be determined by a majority vote of the Judges present at an En Banc session.
