(a) After the case is set for a final hearing, the defendant may request from the investigating law enforcement agency an opportunity to inspect all material held in connection with the case.(b) At the time of the final hearing, the defendant is entitled to inspect all documents or physical evidence that the Officer intends to use in the presentation of the case.Adopted April 7, 2022, effective 4/7/2022.
