Rule 5.2 - Responsibilities of an LLP in a Firm(a) An LLP is bound by these Rules notwithstanding that the LLP acted at the direction of another person.(b) A subordinate LLP does not violate these Rules if that LLP acts in accordance with a supervisory lawyer's or supervisory LLP's reasonable resolution of an arguable question of professional duty.Colo.
