Rule 7.1 - Communications Concerning an LLP's Services(a) An LLP shall not make a false or misleading communication about the LLP or the LLP's services. A communication is false or misleading if it contains a material misrepresentation of fact or law, or omits a fact necessary to make the statement considered as a whole not materially misleading.(b) In all advertising, an LLP shall communicate the fact that the LLP has a limited license to practice in family law, and shall not state or imply that an LLP is licensed to practice in any other areas of law. An LLP in a firm without lawyers must use the words "Licensed Legal Paraprofessional(s)" in the firm name.(c) An LLP shall provide a written disclosure of the limitations of the LLP's authority in initial communications with a prospective client.Colo.
