Rule 8.1 - Notice of Hearinga. All motions requesting oral argument other than ex parte motions, filed with the Clerk or the Judge shall be accompanied by a "Notice of Hearing," and shall be served upon opposing counsel.b. The "Notice of Hearing" shall contain a reasonable estimate of the time required to present said motion. Failure to designate an estimate shall cause the matter to be set for no more than twenty (20) minutes.Added as Rule 10.1, Dec. 1, 1987, effective 2/15/1998.
