Rule 6.1 - Briefs

When any matter is submitted to a trial Judge for decision, and the filing of briefs or legal memoranda is requested or allowed by the Judge, the original of each brief or legal memoranda shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court and a duplicate shall be presented to the trial Judge.
