(A) The library shall be open to the public at all times during regular court hours.(B) No books or other court or county property shall be removed from the library.(C) Failure to comply with these rules concerning the use of the library may result in the suspension of library privileges, contempt of court, or applicable criminal charges.Amended Nov. 1, 2007, effective 10/22/2007.
