Rule 202 - [Effective 4/15/2025] Judgments from Which Appeal May Be Taken(a) An appeal may be taken to the supreme court from a final judgment entered by the superior court, in the circumstances specified in AS 22.05.010, or from a final decision entered by the Alaska Workers' Compensation Appeals Commission in the circumstances specified in AS 23.30.129 or Appellate Rule 201.1. (b) An appeal may be taken to the court of appeals from a final judgment entered by the superior court or the district court, in the circumstances specified in AS 22.07.020.SCO 439 effective 11/15/1980; amended by SCO 1204 effective 7/15/1995; and by SCO 1671 effective 10/15/2008; SCO 2028 effective 4/15/2025.
