Rule 9 - Fees9.01. To defray expenses of the Alabama State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in administering these rules, the board may establish and collect reasonable fees from the certifying agencies and from the lawyers certified as specialists. It is anticipated that this board will be self-sustaining.
