Section 1-1 - Purposes

The purposes of these rules are to establish procedures to:

(a) Apply the interest and income from the Trust Fund to benefit as many children as possible,

(b) Provide grants to prevent instances of child abuse, and

(c) Coordinate grant projects effecting common goals.
