Section 1-7 - Wyoming small business investment company reporting requirements (a) In addition to the reporting requirements specified in the article, each Wyoming small business investment company shall report to the Council the following: - (i) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for each qualified business that receives a qualified investment.
- (ii) A complete copy of the most recent tax return filed with the Internal Revenue Service for each qualified business that receives a qualified investment as soon as practicable after receiving it from the qualified business.
