Section 1-13 - Council Consideration

The Council shall consider each application, allow for comments from the public, the applicant, the Council staff, and refer the application to the Board with a recommendation. Under extraordinary circumstances, the Council may recommend a waiver of rule requirements if the Council determines the waiver is consistent with the purpose of the Community Facilities Program.
