(a) All income derived from the program may be re-used by the grantee upon receiving approval of the use of the funds from the Wyoming Business Council before disbursements. The Wyoming Business Council shall require each grantee to disburse its program income prior to requesting additional funds from the Wyoming Business Council to finance the same type of project from which the program income was derived.
