Section 3-10 - Requirements to Return to Active Licensee Status from Retired Licensee Status

To return to a professional geologist license and be licensed to practice geology before the public, a retired licensee shall notify the Board in writing of the desire to return to a professional geologist license, pay the re-activation fee, and the annual renewal fee for licensure.
