Section 4-2 - Emergency Suspension of License

Per W.S. 16-3-113(c) the Board may summarily suspend a license if the Board finds that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires emergency action. The Board shall notify the licensee of the grounds for suspension and immediately set the matter for hearing.
