Section 8-2 - Need for Hearing

No disciplinary disposition shall be taken against a licensee without a right to a hearing before the Board except as otherwise provided by the Act or Board rules and regulations. All hearings shall be handled in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
