Section 4-2 - Fees

(a) Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but is not limited to the following schedule:

• (i) Application Fee ......................................................... $350.00

• (ii) Provisional License fee ............................................. $400.00

• (iii) Annual License Renewal Fee .................................... $300.00

• (iv) Late Renewal Fee . ................................................. $100.00

• (v) Temporary License Fee ............................................ $ 50.00

• (vi) Insufficient Funds Check Fee.... In accordance with W.S. 1-1-115

• (vii) License Verification .................................................. $ 30.00

• (viii) Duplicate Certificate ................................................. $ 30.00
